I was just browsing at first, but there were so many different styles to choose from that I ended up spending a little extra time looking around. Luckily, I found exactly what I needed without any hassle.

I needed to swap my heels for a different size, it was super easy. Support got back to me quickly, the exchange was straightforward, and the new pair fits perfectly. No stress at all.

Communication was really clear the whole way through. I had a couple of questions and the answers were simple, well, not just simple, they actually made sense.
I never felt like I had to keep following up or wonder what was happening next. That made the whole process a lot easier and way less stressful for me...

I ordered a pair from missheel.com, my feelings are kind of mixed. When I first took them out of the box, I thought they looked really cute, especially from a little distance. The style is nice and they definitely have that dressed-up look I was hoping for. But once I actually sat down and looked at them more closely, I noticed the craftsmanship wasn’t quite as polished as I expected. There were a few visible glue marks in some spots, and the stitching on one side looked a little uneven, which made the shoes feel less high-quality up close. That being said, they’re still totally wearable, and for the price, I don’t think they’re a terrible purchase or anything. I just wish the finish had been a bit cleaner and more carefully done. Shipping was fine, no real complaints there, and the order arrived without any issues. Overall, they’re okay shoes, just not amazing if you’re paying close attention to the details.

I thought these would be just fine, nothing special. Then I wore them for a full day and, wait, my feet actually didn’t ache like usual. The arch support is way better than I expected, and I’m kind of annoyed I didn’t try them sooner

The heels were nice, but I did spot the same pair for less on a couple of other sites. I’d probably shop around next time before buying.

The return policy seems fair overall, haha. I do think the process could be a bit easier, though.

The shoes have some really cute and trendy designs, but a few of them are kind of too flashy for my taste?? I like the overall vibe, just not sure I’d call them my favorite. Still decent though

I ordered two pairs from missheel.com and I was mostly hoping the sizes, colors, and styles would match what I chose. To be fair, they got the order right across the board — no wrong items, no mix-up, and everything matched my confirmation.
The package did take a little while to arrive, so it wasn’t super fast, but I can’t really complain about the accuracy. The shoes looked like the photos, the heel height was what I expected, and overall I’d be comfortable ordering again

Overall, I’m happy with the experience. The delivery was easy and reliable, so I’d probably order from them again if I need another pair. Solid.

Got the shoes and yeah, the color is pretty much exactly like the pictures. I was kind of expecting it to be a little different in person, but nope, it matched really well.

I liked the way these shoes looked online, but once I got them in person, the material felt a bit cheaper than I expected. I’ve worn them twice and the straps already feel like they’re getting weak, which is disappointing. They’re not terrible, but for the price, I’ve had better quality from other brands in the same range

These shoes looked really cute right out of the box, but once I tried them on, I could kind of read between the lines, the style was there, but the comfort wasn’t going to work for me. They felt too narrow, especially across the width, so sadly they weren’t a good fit.

I got a pair of heels from Missheel they’re really cute. Like, I opened the box and immediately thought, wow okay, I might be a runway model now. But after about an hour of wearing them, my toes started getting squeezed and suddenly the glamour was replaced with a full internal crisis.

They’re definitely not the worst heels I’ve ever worn, but I would not trust them for an all-day situation unless you enjoy dramatic suffering. I’d wear them for a short dinner or quick event, but that’s it. Shipping was totally fine though, nothing weird or annoying there.
